As a telemarketing fundraiser at Save the Children, your job is to inspire Danes to support our work for the world’s children with a fixed monthly donation.

It is a prerequisite that you can inspire and burn through over the phone. Therefore, we of course ensure that you are well prepared for the job through our tailored basic training. Through this, you will develop your communication and sales skills. In addition, our skilled mentors and team supervisors will continuously provide you with sparring and coaching throughout your employment.

You must be able to see yourself in a results-oriented environment and be motivated by concrete goals. At the same time, you must be able to work with the feedback you receive, as it is crucial to succeed in the job.
