YOU WANT
Become part of our Donor Analytics, Systems and Operations team that produces data analysis and reporting that forms a data-based decision-making basis for performance monitoring and prioritization of our fundraising and marketing activities. You will also contribute to the daily operation of data tasks across the Fundraising and Marketing departments.
WORK TASKS
Develop dashboards in Power BI for channel managers for Telemarketing, Direct Mail, SMS, email campaigns, etc. With your data knowledge and experience with Power BI, you convert KPIs into visual insights and create new business perspectives through the platform’s capabilities.
Maintain and optimize existing Power BI dashboards.
Contribute to reporting key figures both internally at Save the Children and to Save the Children International.
Perform analysis and target audience segmentation in connection with fundraising and marketing activities.
Solve various data-related ad hoc tasks.
You will work in Power BI, Excel and our CRM system Microsoft Dynamics 365.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL PROFILE
You are currently pursuing a higher education – e.g. from ITU, DTU, UCPH, CBS or similar – and have at least one year left of your studies.
You have knowledge of, and preferably experience with, Power BI.
You have strong skills in formulas, structuring and visualizing data in Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Experience with SQL is also an advantage, but not a requirement.
You have a sharp analytical sense, work systematically and deliver high-quality tasks.
You thrive on a combination of regular routine tasks and new project tasks that you help shape – even when it’s your first time.
You are proactive and speak up when you need sparring, have doubts, disagree – or have a good idea.
The team’s working language is Danish and is therefore an advantage, but not a requirement. We have good experience with international students in the team who communicate in English. Fluency in both written and spoken English is therefore a requirement.
