Work tasks
Recruitment , including telephone screening of candidates, assisting with the coordination and conduct of job interviews, and selecting qualified candidates
Communication , including researching and contributing new content to our recruitment platforms, e.g. designing job postings
Advertising , including advertising posts, tracking campaigns on SoMe and other recruitment platforms
Employee retention , including implementation of retention initiatives, e.g. design of exit surveys, running social events, etc.
Administrative and ad-hoc tasks , including answering emails, preparing monthly reports and onboarding and offboarding flows

About you
We assume that you are studying a higher education that can relate to the relevant work tasks. This could be, for example, something within HR, communication, administration, psychology or similar.

Expected start: We are looking for interns for spring/summer/autumn 2025.
